On the heels of Chris Brown showing signs of maturity, Raz B has officially released his own an apology for his role in yesterday’s twitter beef as well. Read the apology inside…
"I want to publicly apologize for my direct attacks done out of anger. This is now about taking the right approach, so not only my story can be heard, but so someone learns something valuable. Standing up for yourself does not mean yelling or victimizing others and I sincerely apologize for that. I was told that ‘you can’t hear my message if I’m screaming."
Thanks Raz. I guess the NEXT apology will be from Ricky Romance and then we can all stop twidlng our thumbs and move along with our day. </sarcam> Nothing to see here..nothing to see….

Sadly my preparation for this race didn’t go really well. And it was because of bad weather. Because of the bad weather, I could only train and test twice before this race. And in the days before the race I got pretty sick.

Our last TORC race was the previous weekend in Crandon, Wisconsin. It was wonderful. That Sunday was Father’s day, …. the track was awesome, the sun was shining, everything was great, and I was really proud as a father because my oldest son Luke was racing his first off road truck race. My friend Dave Waldvogel is the guy helping my son Luke cut his teeth on off road short course racing.
Everything about the race was a successs – great turn out of racers in all classes, both pro and sportsmen. And we had a packed house with spectators.
As far as my racing goes, I was conservative on the first day (Saturday), and I paid for it: by getting beat up pretty good (remember, we rub and bump and push to pass each other in these 800hp trucks!), and by eating a lot of roost in passing other drivers. I ended up with third place.
The second day (Sunday), I was running strong, leading, but had a couple of mechanical problems and a flat tire, but ended up in fourth place.
The highlight of my …
If the fight stinks, at least the postfight posedown will thrill the fans at Dynamite!! 2010. Japanese promoters have delivered an opponent for Alistair Overeem on their year-end MMA card, it’s fellow muscleman Todd Duffee. What a holiday gift to close out the year.
Duffee has been in limbo since his mysterious axing from the UFC back in September. The 6-foot-3, 252-pounder was considered one of the UFC’s best heavyweight prospects. After putting a first-round beatdown on Mike Russow, Duffee gassed and was shocked via knockout in the third. Four months later, he was cut by the UFC with a 1-1 record.
FanHouse confirmed Thursday morning that the 25-year-old will face Overeem on Jan. 31 in Saitama, Japan (HDNet).
HeadKickLegend reports that Duffee will be paid $60,000 to show and an additional bonus if he pulls the upset. HKL also says Bobby Lashley turned down an Overeem fight over financial concerns.
Overeem, the Strikeforce heavyweight champ, is riding an eight-fight win streak that dates to 2007. His last MMA fight was a walkover in May against Brett Rogers in St. Louis.
On New Year’s Eve, he’ll be just 20 days removed from fighting three times in one night at the K-1 World Grand Prix 2010.
This is MMA fight No. 45 for Overeem and only Duffee’s eighth. Is it too soon?
The youngster has everything to gain. Hopefully, he’s corrected some of his gas-tank issues because Overeem can go hard for 15 minutes and has huge knockout power.
Duffee will also have to deal with a long trip to Japan. Let’s hope he has only good things to say about DREAM’s promoters on the way to the fight.

We?re hoping for another one!
The Rabbit Hole actress also talked about having children in her 40′s. “There is something about mothering late in life,” she said. “A lot of it is I want to stay alive for Sunday. There is plenty of deep fear and emotion. Sunday has healed an enormous amount in me. It’s a very private thing, but she just has.”

Tito Ortiz has made a ritual out of signing his bout agreements on camera, and he did just that recently.

Breakthrough Fighter is a category that’s easy to talk about but hard to define. What’s the difference between having a good year and a breakthrough year? Is it just a nicer way of saying that you sucked right up until January 1st?
These are difficult questions, so to help me answer them I turned to MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani for a spirited, though friendly debate. At least it started out friendly. Then it quickly turned into every other debate we’ve ever had, which is to say long, fierce, and entertaining…from a distance.
By all means, let’s let Ariel start us off.
Ariel Helwani: Look, Ben, I already know what you’re going to say upon hearing my pick for Breakthrough Fighter of the Year: a bunch of fighters won four fights this year. A bunch of guys won titles. A bunch of guys won no. 1 contender spots. A bunch of guys were involved in potential Fight of the Year candidates. A bunch of guys added scintillating knockouts to their highlight reels.

Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer spoke about Brock Lesnar’s future on his Monday radio show. Meltzer, who also covers MMA right here on Yahoo!, said Lesnar has an exit plan in mind for his future. Somehow that turned into:

Two of the biggest stars in the history of MMA sat down for a long interview in 2006. Liddell was prepping for his UFC 66 showdown with Tito Ortiz. Even back then, Liddell was wary of Tito showing up for a fight.
Hughes was coming off his UFC 63 win over B.J. Penn. He talks about Georges St. Pierre disrespecting him coming into the Octagon after that win. Hughes would go on to loss his belt against GSP at UFC 65.
This was a great interview because Liddell forgot he was on live radio and cursed 15-plus times.
