Bringing her beauty to the red carpet, Rosie Huntington Whiteley made a stunning arrival at The Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Monday night (October 24).
The English model and actress strutted her stuff as she was on-hand for the 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala presented by Starz.
As for the reason behind her appearance, Miss Huntington-Whiteley happened to be supporting an honoree from the crew of her debut movie “Transformers: Dark Of the Moon”.
Rosie cheered her heart away as Oscar-winning visual effects supervisor Scott Farrarwas brought onstage to receive the “Hollywood Visual Effects Award” at the festival’s annual ceremony.
As for her own career plans, an insider said of the 24-year-old, ?She?s had offers on the table for roles in Hollywood blockbusters ? two serious ones. But she doesn?t want to do that. She?s taking her time for the right script to come along and then she?ll take another role on.?

YBF chick Shonda Rhimes, the creator of "The Practice" and "Grey’s Anatomy," has scored another ABC drama, and this time she’s bringing Kerry Washington as the lead and Columbus Short along for the ride.
Her new series, "Scandal" will focus on the lives of employees at a crisis management firm for celebrities. Kerry will star as Olivia Pope, the head of the firm and a former media consultant to the President of the United States.
Speaking about her new role, she said,
“I was not looking to do a TV show, but I read this amazing script with this amazing woman named Olivia Pope, and it happened to be for TV and so I thought maybe I want to do something different. Once I read it, I wanted to do whatever I had to do to be a part of it.”
Joining Kerry and Columbus are Tony Goldwyn who plays the President, Henry Ian Cusick, Guillermo Diaz, Katie Lowes, Jeff Perry and Darby Stanchfield.
Fans can expect the same great story-driven scripts that Shonda is know for, and she adds that Kerry will bring something special to the show.
“You know, we’re talking about a black female lead of a television show, and we wanted to make sure we had just the right person. Kerry came in and she was just perfect.”

ESPN’s Summer X Games, version 17 has descended upon Los Angeles, … and the world. Although Summer X Games 17 is based in Los Angeles, the ESPN franchise is truly global. Today was the opening press conference, hosted by Sal Masekela. Featured X Games athletes were introduced, including Travis Pastrana, Shaun White, Ashley Fiolek, Jamie Bestwick, Bob Burnquist, Tanner Foust, Pierre-Luc Gagnon, Ryan Sheckler, and Carey Hart.
This video is part one of the press conference, featuring the introduction of these featured athletes. Coming up tomorow we’ll have videos from the press conference featuring AMA Women’s Motocross series leader and two-time MX champion Ashley Fiolek, who is also the defending Gold Medal holder in the Women’s X Games Supercross, and two other global franchises – Shaun White and Travis Pastrana.

Daniel Cormer was helping teammates Mo Lawal and Luke Rockhold prepare for their Sept. 10 bouts when he was given the opportunity of a lifetime. Alistair Overeem had dropped out of the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix, and Cormier was being asked to step in and fight Antonio Silva. For Cormier, taking the fight with Silva was a no-brainer.
“Obviously, I had no reservations. I’m a person who thinks things through, and when I weighed out the positives and negatives, there was no reason for me to not take the fight,” Cormier told Cagewriter.
It’s a leap up in competition for the undefeated Cormier. His last bout was a unanimous decision over journeyman heavyweight Jeff Monson. With Overeem’s withdrawal, the tournament has lost one of its biggest names, but that doesn’t bother Cormier.
